Refund & Replacement Policy

At SneakPure, we stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. As our company is based in France, we do not accept returns. However, we offer a replacement policy for products that are damaged during transit or exhibit factory defects, with supporting evidence provided.

Eligibility for Replacement

We will replace a product free of charge if:

  • The product arrives damaged due to shipping issues.
  • The product has a manufacturing defect.

To qualify for a replacement, you must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide supporting evidence, such as clear photos or videos showing the issue. Please send your request to sneakpure.store@gmail.com.

No Returns Accepted

As we do not operate within the European Union market, we do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as a change of mind. This policy is specifically designed for customers outside the EU, including the United States, Canada, Australia, and the United Kingdom. The EU 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to our sales.

Replacement Process

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will ship a replacement product to you free of charge. You are not required to return the damaged or defective item. Please note that we cannot process claims submitted beyond the 30-day window after delivery.

Damages and Issues

We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the product is damaged or defective. This allows us to evaluate the issue and provide a resolution as quickly as possible.

Exceptions

We cannot replace products in the following cases:

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper handling after delivery.
  • Products that have been altered or used in a way not intended.
  • Claims submitted more than 30 days after delivery.
